Our items shipped through Australia post and will be sent via registered post which does include tracking.Once the items are sent I am no longer responsible for them or the time it takes for them to be delivered. Approx. delivery time 2-10 business day. If you require express shipping please contact me.

CUSTOM ORDERS
No refunds on any personalised or custom orders. Please choose colours carefully and contact me if you need more information. I will only replace an item if there is a mistake on my behalf. Please check all names and spelling before completing your order.

DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unfortunate event that your item/s arrive to you damaged please contact me as soon as possible.
